The location of the hotel was great for our Christmas getaway. It was near a beautiful lake with swans, and we were able to enjoy a peaceful and quiet stay. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided personalized service. The room we stayed in was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We also had a balcony with a breathtaking view, especially in the morning with the white fog over the water. It was truly magical.

One of the biggest disappointments during our stay was the lack of cleanliness. the room cleaning was not up to par, with no floor sweeping and dirty spots on the bed sheet.

Had the BEST time at a beautiful lakeside hotel over our Thanksgiving visit! We were able to enjoy the breathtaking view of the lake and mountains while indulging in generous portions of delicious breakfast and dinner. the staff was extremely friendly and recommended the perfect spots for us to visit nearby. the location was ideal since it was only a short distance from the airport and easy to locate. We enjoyed the spacious and clean room, as well as the superb bathroom. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We did have a few minor complaints. the restaurant was a bit cramped and could use some renovation, but the food was still wonderful.
